Bunker Assault 3D

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 24, 2026 Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the Android game Bunker Assault 3D, package identifier eu.ignatov.shooter (the “App”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer identified on the App's Google Play listing. This policy applies to the current version of the App.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, sensitive information, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, financial information, or any other user data through the App. The App does not create user accounts and does not ask for a name, email address, age, or other identifying information.

2. Information stored locally

The App stores the following non-identifying game data on the user's device:

This information is used only to operate the App, apply the user's chosen settings, unlock levels, and display game records. The App does not transmit this information to us or to advertising, analytics, or other third-party services.

3. Network access and Android permissions

The App declares Android's Internet permission because it is packaged as a web application running inside a Capacitor WebView. Its game code uses the WebView's local origin to read level files bundled inside the App. The App does not use this permission to send personal or device data to developer-controlled or third-party servers.

The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or media, phone, or SMS data.

4. Sharing, selling, and third-party services

We do not sell or share user data. The App contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting service, social login, or cloud account integration. Ionic and Capacitor libraries provide the App's interface and Android packaging; the App does not use them to submit user data to us.

Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process data when users download, install, update, back up, or review the App. Those platform activities are controlled by Google and are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy, not by this App.

5. Data security

Because the App does not send user data to us, we do not maintain a remote user database. Local game data is kept within the App's storage area and is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security controls of the user's device. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should also keep their device and operating system protected and up to date.

6. Android backup

If Android backup is enabled for the device, the operating system may include the App's local preferences and progress in an encrypted backup associated with the user's Google Account, or transfer them to a new device. This process is performed by Android and the user's selected backup service. We cannot access these backups. Users can manage device backups through their Android or Google Account settings.

7. Retention and deletion

Local preferences and progress remain on the device while the App is installed unless the user changes or resets them. Users can erase level progress and restore default preferences from the App's Settings screen. Clearing the App's storage in Android settings removes all locally stored App data. Uninstalling the App also removes its on-device data, although Android may later restore a backup if backup and restore are enabled for the user's device or account.

We cannot retrieve, export, change, or delete App data remotely because the App does not send that data to us and we do not maintain user accounts.

8. Children's privacy

The App does not ask for a user's age and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a channel outside the App, they may contact us using the method below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. We will update the policy and any required Google Play disclosures before introducing a materially different data practice.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, open the Bunker Assault 3D listing in Google Play and use the email address shown under App support or Developer contact. That address is the privacy point of contact for the App.
